Dipping electric appliances

For electric appliances, either A) if it has a computer chip or a digital screen it cannot sustain water damage. If it has removable cooking surface, then only that part that comes in contact with the food requires dipping. If it is a plain electric appliance, it can be entirely dipped in mikveh and be dried out for three days. We do not take responsibility, however it is not usual for damage to happen.
B) Appliance can be sold to a goy and then borrowed back or you can sell a partnership to a goy. C) It can be dismantled and then reassembled by a Jewish professional.

Hi. I want to sell my new electric water urn to my hk instead of dipping it. What’s the process? Does money need to be actually paid? Does it have to be the full priced i paid for it?
Please explain to me in detail
Thanks
