Do I have to kasher a pre-seasoned cast iron pot? And how do I do it?
2 opinions some require koshering and others do not. The simplest way to kosher it would be by putting it in a preheated oven at 500 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. We have been told that the lodge brand have no kosher concerns.
